Description
Located within the southern section of the Bay of Fires Conservation Area, Swimcart Beach offers absolute beachfront camping. There are ample grassed and sandy sheltered campsites within the dunes where there is a formed road. Access is via the Binalong Bay Road (C850) out of St Helen's and Gardens Road (C848). Swimcart Beach is renowned as one of Tasmainia's premier beaches for surf fishing. Bring your own drinking water. Maximum stay is four weeks and is absolutely free.
