Peach Trees camping area is located within Jimna State Forest, 45km NW of Kilcoy along the Kilcoy Murgon Road. The surrounding landscape is a rich green mosaic of sustainable pine forest plantations and contrasting native forests. The campground itself is situated within an open bush setting with un-defined grassy campsites nestled beside the picturesque Yabba Creek. Peach trees are featured along the creek which are prominent when in bloom. Many native animals call the forest home with common visits from eastern grey kangaroos, kookaburras and possums within the campground. Access is via conventional vehicle on unsealed roads with camping suitable for tents and camper trailers. Facilities include water (requires treatment) toilets (including wheelchair accessible), picnic tables, cold showers, wood barbecues, individual fire rings (bring your own firewood), pay phone.
