Lucky Bay is located approximately 59 km South East of Esperance, set within the wild coastal scenery of Cape Le Grand National Park. Pristine bays with white sandy beaches, rugged granite peaks and sweeping heathlands characterise the area. The Lucky Bay campsgrounds face east looking out across Mississippi Hill and the beach. They consist of three separate level platforms of varying heights each housing eight campsites with vehicular access. Facilities include septic toilets and showers. Fireplaces are available however firewood is scarce, so it is advisable to take a gas stove with you. Kangaroos call the four km stretch of beach home happily lazing on the sand under the sun. Swimming, surfing, snorkelling and beachcombing are popular beachside activities with a good network of walking tracks within the park. National Park passes do not include camping. Separate camping fees apply.
