Description

Friendly Beaches Campground is a basic bush camping site contained within the boundaries of the Freycinet National Park. Spectacular views and miles of unspoiled white sand beaches are the main features of The Friendly Beaches. The sand beach runs from the northern tip (Isaacs Point) past Saltwater Lagoon to Freshwater Lagoon at the southern end. The camp itself is situated alongside the beach with small, level private campsites cut into the dense vegetation and bordered by large rocks. The beaches can be reached via a signposted turnoff on the Coles Bay Road. Camping is free, however National Park entry fees apply ($24.00 per day per vehicle).
