Baird Bay Camping Ground is a small secluded camping area nestled within a natural coast bush setting with elevated views over Baird Bay. Located close to the water upon arrival to Baird Bay, the camping ground offers low-key basic amenities including toilets, gas barbecue and picnic shelter with limited bore water. There is also a wood barbecue for use ONLY when fire restrictions allow (bring own wood). Camp sites are limited with an honesty box system applicable. The site is a good central point for walking trails around Baird Bay with views of Jones Island, Cape Radstock and Tyringa Beach. The remote waters are excellent for recreational fishing, scuba diving, snorkelling and swimming on the safe beaches. There is a public telephone however there is no mobile phone coverage.
